Provide custom avatar and support trick screenshots

Hello @tobias-kuendig,

this Pull Request finally adds an own avatar upload form (#53), instead of using an additional external service and supports trick screenshots (#7).

+ some fixes and minor changes on both, the plugin and the theme.
