While there is quite a bit of detail on the Excel sheet, a suggested recommendation would be to add options for partner and collaborating institution. While both of these could be entered under Other, they are very common, and contributions from partner and collaborating institutions are among the most frequent audit findings. Collaborating partners is particularly important in the research community and some agencies (National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health) allow collaborating institutions to submit separate but related proposals that come attached to the main institutional proposal.
