Consider revising the Proposed Data Element Definition to: A text code denoting the Federal agency and the role of the Federal agency in the Grants management process. The Cognizant Agency for Indirect Costs can be different from the Awarding Agency.

Add Federal to domain values and/or make consistent with 2 CFR 200
Change "Oversight Agency" to "Oversight Agency for Audit"
