Laser Designation Bugs #108

I'm pretty sure this is all Vanilla bugs...but I could not lock onto any lasing that was being done by a DARTER I was using. This used to work pretty well, something is up with it. I tried via Blackfoot, nothing...Then I bought a CAS UAV and tried that, no lock. I even flew the UAV right over the base @ 200m and could not get a lock. I need to contact BIS about this. We should also look into the possibility of allowing players to lock onto a laze regardless of the distance they are from the target. This sort of cooperation between players should be rewarded and bring some lethality to CAS uavs, jets, and the heavy helis.

Better distance on the laser locks would be wonderful.

I think by increasing aircraft view distance to a maximum of 6k we can fix this problem w/out mods.
