With Liveandletdie finalizing the town capturing method I'd like to implement a repair/rearm/gear purchase ability, scaled to the size of a town. Meaning a 100 town may give you repair abilities but none of the other abilities while a 250 town will give you repair/rearm/gear while limiting whats available on the gear (gear can also be limited depending on town size).
