Mortar wont load onto back of offroad #70

I've fixed the issue with backpacks (including statics in backpack form) not being able to be purchased as vehicle cargo. b39b2b3f167052e4aa4cf79f39bc9806e771ef20

I also tested that you can pickup a assembled, static mortar into an offroad and drive around with it. This is currently working fine.
