@knmurth: I believe the most up-to-date branches in the linux-dfl-backport repository are:
remotes/origin/n5010/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts remotes/origin/rhel8/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts remotes/origin/rhel9/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts
There is no explicit ubuntu support: I don't see any make targets for building debian packages. However, depending on the kernel you are building for, building and installing on your system may just work. There are make targets for installing, insmod, rmmod, etc. Try building one of the above branches on your system and see if it will build cleanly. If it does, try "make install".
I take care of the RHEL branches. Would you be interested in adding the Ubuntu support ?
Intel has made a new branch intel/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts, where building .deb package has been added. The new branch was started out from n5010/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts. At the same time I also added a simple building a .deb package to the n5010/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts. I have tested the .deb package on Ubuntu 22.04 with N5010 card.
Backport drivers for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS are now being built for the intel/fpga-ofs-dev-6.1-lts branch and have been attached to the latest release intel-1.10.0-1.
