This change adds the oneAPI editor as a feature to the oneAPI ASP repo.
It is now possible to parameterize the oneAPI ASP and build out different board variants directly from the Platform Designer GUI. Some of the parameters are prepopulated by the preset files which are automatically created when an OFS FIM is built.
Please refer to the documentation on how to use the oneAPI editor GUI in Platform Designer as well as its limitations.

d5005 (board variants ofs_d5005 and ofs_d5005_usm)
n6001 (board variants ofs_n6001, ofs_n6001_iopipes, ofs_n6001_usm, ofs_n6001_usm_iopipes)
iseries-dk (board variants ofs_iseries-dk, ofs_iseries-dk_usm)
fseries-dk (board variants ofs_fseries-dk, ofs_fseries-dk_usm)
compiled and ran the following designs in HW:
non-USM designs:
anr, board_test, cholesky, cholesky_inversion, crr (fails to fit on N6001), db, decompress, gzip, merge_sort, mvdr_beamforming, qrd, qri, double_buffering
USM designs:
simple_host_streaming, buffered_host_streaming, zero_copy_data_transfer, explicit_data_movement
IO pipe designs for N6001 only: io_streaming_one_pipe, io_streaming_multi_pipes
