Using semantic way to represent metadata of "Actuator", "Thing", and "Sensor"?? [Comments from Xiang Su, Teemu Leppänen] #21

[NOTE: This is from #15. The above link has more than one issues. In order to make it easier to track, I decide to split them into individual issues]

Metadata of "Actuator", "Thing", "Sensor" are represented in text, SensorML or JSON, I would suggest to represent in a semantic way, RDF or JSON-LD would be good options for this.

The SWG decides to consider JSON-LD and use it in the SensorThings API. (discussed in Crystal City TC and Geneva TC)
