resolution and styles #25

Provide a different resolution, such as 100x100 or 20x20, or with optional styles encoded, or significant extra symbols added.

@tomkralidis I'm not sure what the requirement is here, as these are SVGs. I choose the underlying symbol coordinate system precision to get good approximation to the WMO/ICAO published symbols that were based on photo-reduced drawings. I think you mean set up some workflows so that the SVGs can be converted to pixel orientated formats at those resolutions. Is this still needed?

@tomkralidis I think the above issue is actually three:

  1. Pixel orientated output at different resolutions;
  2. Optional styling;
  3. Accommodate many extra symbols.
