Add slider to change reference height of climographs. #8

For a better comparison of two climographs it would be helpful to have a slider for changing the reference height, so one can compare the temperature at the same height.

Circumvented the need for a slider by using the same (smaller) reference height in the 'Compare mass balances' tab climographs.
