Add ERA5 data from 1950 to 1978 #1414

I notice that ERA5 data from 1950 to 1978 (preliminary version) has been released and updated. This should be added to OGGM.

And I think datasets in Shop should be updated considering using Hugonnet's MB results, which stop at 2020-01-01.

We ar now moving to W5E5 as default, but it would still be a good addition.

I think ERA5 goes up to December 2019, which is enough?
