Tutorial fetching the OGGM standard projections and plotting them #132

Looking at some of the questions in the chat, it would be good to have a way (in a couple of lines of code) to fetch the standard OGGM projections and the spinp data for any glacier and make a plot. This way we could trouble shoot what people are doing.
