Here I added a first draft for the high level description of the dynamical spinup method. For the search for a 'bad' example I will wait until the updated prepro levels are available (related to https://github.com/OGGM/oggm/issues/1388). This PR is related to https://github.com/OGGM/tutorials/issues/51.
