added notebook explaining OGGM_v16 calibration

added a first version of a notebook that explains the OGGM v16 calibration: The notebook:

• introduces the default calibration procedure
• shows how we can calibrate on other data (e.g. from direct glaciological observations from a glacier with in-situ observations)
• shows the influence of different calibration options and explains the overparameterisation problem

Remaining ToDOs:

• add links to Schuster et al., 2023 preprint
• add other example glacier(s) where in situ-mb != geodetic MB
• add something about the regional dependence of the temperature bias and the way it is used in the OGGM preprocessed levels>=3 ?
• maybe make the notebook a bit easier to read, change the structure?

Also added now a new projection notebook (run_with_gcm_oggm_v16.ipynb) as alternative for run_with_gcm. It uses first ISIMIP3b (needs much less data to download and then shows alternatives with CMIP5 and CMIP6.

What I am not sure about is:

• In ISIMIP3b, the internal bias correction is from 1979-2014
• In CMIP5 & CMIP6, the default bias correction is from 1961-1990 -> should that be changed, or should it be mentioned at least ???
