I updated the following notebooks that all run now with oggm_v16, I can work on the others tomorrow. Here is a list of the changes I made:
store_and_compress_glacierdirs :
only changed to elevation_band base_url and removed typos
plot_mass_balance:
use centerline base_url , FluxBased scheme, explain default calendar year approach, changed temperature sensitivities to MB model parameters (as one of the parameters could be different),
for the sensitivity test w. compile_ela, I needed to add the current temp_bias on top
area_length_filter:
changed to elevation_band base_url
compile_run_output has now an input_filesuffix ( filesuffix only works with previous versions)
deal_with_errors:
changed to elevation_band base_url, but actually also for the centerline base_url no `Need a valid model_flowlines file. occurs anymore ...
the glaciers did not fail anymore (-:
solution 1: I increased the negative temp. bias -> that created again one error
solution 2: I changed from 'RGI60-11.03295' to 'RGI60-11.03235', as the first one did not result in an error anymore. No, instead the 'GeometryError: RGI60-11.03234 is a nominal glacier.' is shown
RandomError needed y0
inversion
error: geometries.pkl does not exist -> I changed to centerline elevation bands
if a preprocessed gdir with centerlines and border = 10 is created, it would make sense to change it here!
calibrate_inversion_from_consensus created an error for the 35 glaciers, I use instead a subset (34 glaciers) to demonstrate the function...
added this new plot possibility from Patrick: graphics.plot_inversion(sel_gdirs, extend_plot_limit=True)
maybe Patrick could include here better his new features, but for the moment it runs at least without errors
preprocessing_errors:
still work in process -> I will work on that and the other notebooks tomorrow
