Disease Stage development #123

Add a child class "progressive disease stage" which will encompass clinically important and rigorously defined disease stages, e.g., "Stage 3 cancer".

I think that Stage 3 cancer describes a type of cancer disorder. It is probably too granular for OGMS.

Not going to add class.

But: Disease specific -> paper? Describing how to model/represent using OGMS and how to create user/disease specific stages Staging -> information content entity...
