OGMS Refactoring #164

  1. Generated ogms_dev.owl for OGMS development
  2. Put the terms from external ontologies in different import OWL files under src/ontology/imports
  3. The import OWL files generated using ontoFox (http://ontofox.hegroup.org/) tool using the ontoFox input files under src/ontology/Ontofox_input folder
  4. Fix the wrong license citing by removing 'url:'
  5. Relabel the deprecated term label following OBO Foundry community

This PR moved the main ogms.owl file and broke the main PURL http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ogms.owl. We changed the PURL to point to the new file location in this PR: https://github.com/OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org/pull/778. If you need any other changes to the PURL configuration, let us know.
