Add EFX Support when compiling against OpenAL Soft SDK
- More style corrections
- Fix bug when deleting Auxiliary Effect Slots

I think we can safely drop the XRAM stuff, as it is only present on 10 year old Creative hardware: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sound_Blaster_X-Fi

which featured unbelievable 64MB of memory.
