Describe the solution you'd like GPS頸圈設有虛擬圍籬(virtual fence)功能，如果資料庫中已經對 virtual fense 地點建檔，進到 virtual fence 內（或外，依情境而定）的通報可考慮優先轉發告知相關單位。
