According to merged PR #69 已將問卷上傳照片改為非必要步驟 (solving/bypass issue https://github.com/OH-SHOWN/ohshown-frontend/issues/66)

根據通報需求，建議未來"發現痕跡"，還是要限制必須上傳照片，避免無法核實但"目擊"與"其他"可以不必要求上傳照片~

But this feature could be dealing with after beta finishing. We can keep it in mind. 😎

合理，我再來改～是說要有「其他」這個問卷類型嗎？之前好像討論過，但我忘記結論了😅

Sorry我一時也找不到紀錄。我覺得，因為"其他"畢竟是相對少數得例外情況，等到其他priority比較高的beta issue處裡完，再另外開一個新的issue來做"其他"問卷如何?

ok！還有剛剛有討論到，目前為了前端測試方便，都先不卡必填（唯一卡的只有通報類型）之後 Beta 要上線前，可以整個問卷再盤一次，看哪些欄位要是必填，再一起做調整
