Good work - suggestions for improvement #2

Dear OH1GIU! I just found your work to make Multimon-ng to be used with SDRSharp. Works fine!

Working with it I could imagine only a few improvements:

  1. Storing the last settings (Multimon-ng path, decoder selection, verbosity level)
  2. Adding the missing decoder choices for FLEX, UFSK1200, CLIPFSK, FMFSK, HAPN4800, DZWEI, PZVEI, MORSE_CW, DUMPCSV and X10.
  3. Option to define a user command line e.g. to edit a predefined command line before hitting "Start Multimon" in order to add special functionality. Store the last edited command line for next decoder use.

Hi, Very good ideas! (1,3). Many new decoder choices in newest version (HAPN4800, MORSE_CW and DUMPCSV still missing) (2)
