Please add the dbSummary function back to Achilles #747

Added dbSummary f-n. Tested on Eunomia dataset. Rstudio viewer doesn't work on my Rstudio installtion for some reason, only works via a terminal R session. https://github.com/OHDSI/Achilles/pull/769
