Extranous vocabularies downloaded #383

Downloading the 'HES Specialty' vocabulary, only, also gets all of OSM, and possibly other stuff. I don't see the connection?

Makes it hard to amend my initial download.

Have now diff'ed out the added/changed lines comp. to what I downloaded a few days ago, and reduced the set of CSV (TSV) files from 9 with a total of almost 2.2M rows, to 5 with 359 rows.
