I am trying to register as a new user of a web Athena application and after filling out the form I get:

"An error has occurred. Please contact system administrator"

Can you please try again? I do not see any issues with registration. Probably it was temporary outage.

I am experiencing this same error when trying to register as new user. Is there an issue?
