Can we please have the ability to generate a characterization or treatment pathway from within an existing cohort? This would avoid having to remember the cohort number/description correctly while opening the characterization or treatment pathway pages.

Maybe you could embed a characterization and treatment pathway button which renders to the user the characterization or treatment pathway page with the cohort embedded within the cohort definitions section.

We need to make ATLAS 3.0 much more user friendly in making it intuitive how to walk through expected workflows, such as designing cohorts -> executing analyses. We won't do this in ATLAS 2.8, but it is a hard requirement for ATLAS 3.0 to get this right.
