Improving incidence analysis in Atlas #2660

Is there a chance to improve the incidence analysis by offering the ability to do age adjusted rates? This will be pretty critical for moving into the oncology space at some point and there are several areas where that will be necessary.

We will need some information on how to calculate age adjusted rates.
