missing concepts when I export the results of characterization #2809

Expected behavior

I expect whole items are exported, when I export the demographic information of characterization characterization

Actual behavior

Some demographic information is missing, I guess it's because prevalence value is below 1%. characterization2

Steps to reproduce behavior

  1. reset the prevalence value to 0
  2. export all records of the characterization result without missing records.

Hi - I'm unable to reproduce this on the latest version of Atlas so I'm going to close this out. If you are still facing this problem, could you re-open this issue and provide some information the version of Atlas/WebAPI you are using?
