"Place of service distance" criteria for a Visit Occurrence criteria is misfunctional

Expected behavior

It should be possible to add a criteria

Actual behavior

A criteria is not displayed after clicking on the "Add Place of Service Distance Criteria" button while building a Cohort

Steps to reproduce behavior

• create a Cohort
• add a Visit Occurrence as an initial event
• add the corresponding criteria
• the criteria is not added

@alex-odysseus in reviewing this issue, it is unclear how you would add a "Add Place of Service Distance Criteria" using the cohort builder? See below

Is there a configuration required to turn on this functionality?

Per discussion with @alex-odysseus this will require the Geospatial plugin to reproduce this issue.

If I understand correctly, our ATLAS installation has the Geospatial plugin because I see the "Place of Service Distance Criteria" in the list. But when I click it to add to the cohort, nothing happens. @anton-abushkevich
