Provide tabular view of all Data Source charts #2842

Expected behavior

Data Source charts (pie charts, line charts, trellis, etc) are useful, but sometimes having the tabular view provides more insight. For each chart, we should have a tabbed interface for "Chart" and "Table"

Actual behavior

No tabular views exist for these charts.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Go to Data Sources reports and see the charts.
