New cohort exit criteria function request: right censor by days from cohort start date #2941

I would like to request a new functionality that right censors a cohort by a specified number of days, starting cohort_start_date.

my use case:

I would like to study what happened in the period upto 1 year of drug adherence.

Proposed solution:

In the censoring event criteria, add a cohort attribute
allow specifying exit if cohort event is greater than/greater than or equal/between/less than/less than or equal
all events that do not satisfy this are removed.

Other use cases it would serve:

Remove events were the patients took the drug for more than 6 months, if we want to study the cohort who only took the drug of 6 months or less
Keep events where the drug adherence was at-least 3 months but not more than 6 months.
