Align container releases with Hades releases? #4

Hi Lee,

What if we created a new Broadsea-Hades container for each Hades release?

I just want to make sure you are aware of the preview instance of the new Broadsea ohdsi-hades container here: http://hades-preview.ohdsi.org:8787/

I'll send you the credentials to log into it via email.

I'm working with Ajit @alondhe to finish it up (create a GitHub build action & update Broadsea 3.0 scripts) and we plan to incorporate it into the OHDSI/HADES GitHub repo soon (before the end of the year). This repo and the Broadsea-Hades Docker image will then be deprecated.

@ablack3 there will be a new ohdsi-hades Docker image (versioned) for each official Hades release.
