Implement Cross Datasource result export #9

We need a way to view the tabular data together in one tabular form. Something that resembled:

Inclusion Rule | N | % Satisfied | % To-Gain Rule 1 | 2,321 | 95% | 2.3% Rule 2 | 1,231 | 90% | 1.1%

If this was a simple HTML table form, it would be easy to copy paste into external apps (excel, etc)
