Add visitConceptIds param to presence and count functions to allow identifying domain concept events that are only part of particular visit settings.

Not sure I understand? are you talking about a concept set or the visit concept column in the domain table

What I mean is to have a parameter to constrain the counting of domain concept events to those with specific visit concepts. So an example would be: count the number of patients with a baseline condition of X, in which that was recorded as part of an inpatient visit
