Thank you for pointing this out - I have some other historical fixes I need to push to v5.3.1 and v5.3 so I will put this on the list

Final Decision

The csv files will move once the R package is updated on the master branch. This issue will then be able to close with a description of where to find the new files.

Closing this specific issue as @clairblacketer noted that this will automatically be fixed once we've succesfully merged the change from the CDM v5.4 Hack-A-Thon
