	USER GUIDE	ETL CONVENTIONS
CURRENTLY	-	This field is not necessary as it is not necessary to have the actual identity of the Provider. Rather, the idea is to uniquely and anonymously identify providers of care across the database
SUGGESTIONS	This field contains information that describes a healthcare provider.	This field is not required for identifying the Provider's actual identity. Instead, its purpose is to uniquely and/or anonymously identify providers of care across the database.

I like adding "A description of the Provider." from the old Wiki. Or "In the Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI) program, "provider_name" is a field in the PROVIDER table that describes a healthcare provider. "
