Patient-level data for covid-19 from diverse sources, how can we standardize those? #8

I found three patient-level data sources from Korea, Singapore, Hongkong, and US. Can we standardize these datasets?

Nice finds. Sure we can.

The US data is rather basic. I like the .sg data.

Should symptom onset go into OBSERVATION? obs_concept = symptoms onset, value-as-cid=covid19 ?

If you are looking for someone to standardize (convert to OMOP) these datasets, I can join you. The data looks like it can be standardized.

CONDITION_OCCURRENCE please. We will publish the conventions soon. But signs and symptoms always are part of the Condition domain.
