Convert CMS SynPUF to OMOP v5.4 #77

Thank you for your great work! But this script has not been updated in a long time. It seems to only be able to convert SynPUF data to OMOP v5.0.0 format. Do you have any ideas on developing a python script to convert it to v5.4?
