Compute prevalence for time series plots #2

It would be useful to also display the prevalence for the time plots for the different cohorts. This could be part of the cohort definition to delineate when an outcome starts and end.

@jswerdel could you describe the use case in a little more detail. Also,

how is prevalence defined in this context. Whats the numerator and denominator? Are these a series of cross sections over calendar period?
Period prevalence vs point prevalence
how about incident in a calendar period vs prevalent in that period

@jswerdel i am working on another package specialized on TimeSeries that might solve this. Could you please provide more details on your thoughts here - as i could design the TimeSeries package to solve this
