Incidence Proportion Bug? #268

The incidence proportion shown in the hover box just seems to be the year count over the total cohort count. We think it should be (COUNT = cohort count in year) / (total people in DB that year).

In this image, we don't agree with what is listed for Incidence Proportion the 22.1% because 377/1708 is not the Incidence Proportion.

Is total ppl in the database in the cohort diagnostics results? If not, this should be posted in the CohortDiagnostics github as that will need to be available in the results first.
