CohorDiagnostics UI: Compare index event breakdown, visit context

We commonly have two or more variants/flavors of cohort definitions for the same phenotype/clinical idea. Some examples of differences are difference in entry event critieria or different inclusion rules.

We want to understand the impact of these changes. Are persons in one cohort definition entering differently (index event breakdown) compared to other cohort definition. Are there differences in care experiences on index date?

Right now, i open two screens of the same app - with one screen having cohort A and other cohort B. A comparative feature would be nice to have.

This is a UI related issue that should be discussed in Ohdsi shiny modules so moving it there.

• Compare visit context

To decide:

• What the UX should be? Figures, tables, etc?
• Can we develop a prototype that shows useful benefit for users before inclusion as extra functionality.
