Similar to TNM, we concatenate at the source to get:
1) C vs P
2) AJCC/UICC Version
3) Value
Since NAACCR stores the version in a separate variable, can only map the NAACCR concepts to the higher level classification. Similar with other vocabularies. Will need to look into other vocabularies to see if all three factors (above) are contained and can consequently be directly mapped to the appropriately qualified Cancer Modifier concepts.
