There seems to be two values for 'variable concept id' (referenced in link below) - one for the NAACCR vocabulary and a second for the Cancer Modifier vocabulary. When the value of the NAACCR vocabulary is used, Grade values get imported into MEASUREMENT. However, when the value of the Cancer Modifier vocab gets used for the mapping, any grade values associated with that mapping do not get imported into MEASUREMENT.
