-- When you arrive on the drug label page, set focus in the product label's div so scrolling will function properly. right now, if you start to scroll after page load it hits the bottom unless you click on the label first.
-- TOC, I like the dark color but the bright blue links are difficult to see on it. you should lighten the link color there.
-- TOC - as before, no outcomes should be visible when the search field is empty
-- TOC - when an outcome is shown in the TOC, it should be right justified or indented, so as to follow the natural flow of indentation of the TOC
-- Evidence explorer - the opening, expanding, and closing experience is pretty tough on the user. Here's how it should be simplified
When you click the Evidence Explorer button or click on any adverse reaction in the label, the explorer should open 70% of the way across the page. 1/2 is not enough for our content design and full width is unnecessary.
Closing up the explorer - Get rid of the X button. Have the arrow point the other way (right), which can close it. But more important (and much easier for the user), clicking anywhere on the product label itself should close the explorer. I suspect Patrick will disagree with me on this, but this is correct from a usability perspective. Note that you can still scroll on the label just by hovering and scrolling.
By default, on the drug, you should open to the table view and not the treemap. Sure the map is cool, but the table is just easier to mentally process, plus we can extend to 10 rows. The treemap is hard to interpret out of the gate.
When you pick an adverse effect, you should auto-open the clinical characterization tab so the tables within are immediately visible.
This animation of the Clin Char tab closing and opening will also help orient the user when new adverse event is clicked. The title change has very little impact.
