Make HADES release

This package is 99% ready to be included in HADES. The following are required to get it the rest of the way:

• HADES packages should have version numbers with only 3 digits, not 4
• Your ORCID is missing from the DESCRIPTION (you can also just remove any reference to ORCID if you want).
• There are some notes left in the R check results. Please make sure all of these are resolved.
• You’re using a very old GitHub Actions R_CMD_check_Hades.yml workflow. Please see for example DatabaseConnector for an up-to-date one.
