Add ability to automatically restrict calendar time to when the drug was on the market

If a drug is on the market only for a short time, it is often a good idea to restrict the SCCS observation time to that period. This would avoid bias due to differences in the outcome rate outside of this period. It would be helpful if the package could be instructed to do this automatically
