Idea: Add Strategus execution container to Broadsea #97

We could add a Strategus profile in Broadsea that would allow execution of a Strategus job based on a specification file provided by the user and optionally an renv lock file (but default pattern is use the official HADES release lock file).

The order of operations I'm envisioning here is:

Release v1.0 of Strategus and get it into HADES
Have a Broadsea container that contains all HADES packages (including Strategus)
