TYPE	NOTES
ITEM	OBSERVATION When we have information for deciles or quintiles of income status, how should we store it in OMOP-CDM

SOLUTION	We need to set observation concept id and unit concept id for the income status.

make a request for concept id in the vocab github.

if you make it a relative number (0-1.0) you may not need units
