Apply previous mapping does not apply one to many map #119

I do not see the one to many mappings added when I apply a previous mapping that has those included (as multiple lines with the same sourceCode)

Previous file has (created from received external mapping file!):

Y03.00,2910007,Discharge from penis,NARROWER,Als uit penis,4104349,0,,-1,APPROVED Y03.00,9957009,Urethral discharge,NARROWER,Als uit urethra,196821,0,,-1,APPROVED

Maybe your PR #122 has fixed this as well
