Same problem. Any thoughts?
Note that when applying a previous mapping, you should import the Usagi save file. It seems you are using the export to 'Source to Concept Map'. Will add a warning in the interface.
@elpidakon @anonymous34 Could you verify whether this could be the issue, and if not, if the issue still exists in the new Usagi release (1.3.0). If not, I will close this issue.
@MaximMoinat I checked the new Usagi release (1.3) using an Usagi save file format for applying previous mapping. Now it seems that access to the previous mapping file is achieved but only one mapping from the previous mapping file (the very last entry) is applied to the corresponding concept in the new file and the remaining concepts stay unmapped. I checked with 2 different files and the same problem appeared. Any idea? Thanks
I can't reproduce this behaviour. Would you be able to provide (dummy) example files? Thanks!
@elpidakon @anonymous34 Please check if the issue still exists in the latest release of Usagi. Otherwise I will close this issue.
Hello, I am following the instructions here step by step under Updating a Usagi Mapping section: http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:software:usagi
1) Open new source code file (I made a dummy file)
2) Choose File > Apply previous mapping (select the source to concept map I previously exported)
Nothing happens in the Usagi tool after step 2. The new code file in step #1 is still open and nothing is merged.
Is there a step by step example with screenshots someone can post on the wiki so I can confirm if I am performing the steps correctly to add new codes to an old mapping file?
Also, please note I tried opening the old source code frequency file instead of the source_to_concept_map file as well, and nothing happened in Usagi after step 2 as well.
